Q: I didn’t receive a confirmation email. Did my order go through?

A: Sometimes emails are lost in spam box or the email servers take longer to send due to large volumes. If you have an order number, then the order is placed and will be processed shortly.

Q: My package didn’t have the complete order inside. Why is it incomplete?

A: The order may have been shipped from multiple locations. The products will arrive soon.

Q: I just placed an order. Can I cancel the order?

A: Unfortunately, no. All orders that are placed cannot be canceled.

Q: Where do we ship currently?

A: We ship items within North America currently.

Q: Is there free shipping?

A: There is free shipping with all orders over $100.

Q: Refunds 

A: Refunds will be issued after the return is processed. Issuing refund will take 3 to 5 days after return is received 

Q: Is there a restocking fee?

A: There is no restocking fee for returned items.
